摘要
制备了一种氧化石墨烯/阳离子纤维素复合物,可作为背景电解质添加物用于毛细管电泳分离。缓冲液中添加复合物后能产生稳定的反向电渗流,实现了对芳香酸、核酸碱基和磺胺类药物等不同荷电性质化合物的有效分离。
In this work, a composite of graphene oxide and quaternized cellulose was prepared and used as additive in background electrolyte for capillary electrophoresis separation. The capillary electrophoresis could generate stable anodal EOF with the addition of the composite. Some groups of compounds such as aromatic acids, nucleic acid bases and sulfa drugs could be separated efficiently.
