气相色谱法测定输血袋中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的迁移量

Determination of the migration of diethyl phthalate in the blood transfusion bag by gas chromatography

建立了气相色谱法测定输血袋中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯（DEP）迁移量的方法。样品采用液液萃取前处理技术，通过正交试验对样品中DEP萃取条件进行系统优化，气相色谱内标法测定。在0．5～10μg／mL范围内，回归方程线性关系良好（r=0．9991），检出限为0．0023μg／mL，定量限为0．0076μg／mL，平均回收率为90．54％-98．0l％，相对标准偏差为1．0％～2．9％。采用本法测得两批输血袋中DEP迁移量分别为0．0515μg／mL和0．0006μg／mL。

A method was developed for the determination of the migration of diethyl phthalate in the blood transfusion bag using gas chromatography. The sample pretreatment method was liquid-liquid extraction and was optimized by an orthogonal test. A gas chromatography using internal standard method was established for the determination of the migration of diethyl phthalate in the blood transfusion bag. There was a good linear relationship in range of 0. 5 - 10 μg/mL. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9991. The limit of detection （LOD） and the limit of quantification （LOQ） were 0. 0023 μg/mL and 0. 0076 μg/mL, respectively. The average recovery rates were 90. 54% - 98.01%. The relative standard deviations were 1.0% - 2.9%. The migrations of diethyl phthalate determined in two batches of blood transfusion bag were O. 0515 tzg/mL and O. 0006 μg/mL, respectively.
