摘要
为了提高叁沟矿的矿柱回采率,根据叁沟矿矿柱分布现状和回采工艺,提出了空场法采场和充填法采场不同条件下的顶底柱、间柱回采工艺。对现有矿柱回采工艺进行了优化,提出了残留小矿体采用堑沟式底部结构配合出矿巷道退采,充填法采场顶底柱采用遥控铲运机出矿,同时对振动出矿技术进行了展望。结果表明,通过矿柱综合回收工艺,矿柱回采率可达80%,可回收矿柱数十万吨,同时又很好的解决了地压问题。此外,也为国内其它矿山的矿柱回采提供了借鉴意义。
In order to improve the rate of mining ore pillar, the stoping technology of roof and bottom pillar and interstall pillar was proposed under the different conditions of the open stopping and filling method filed by the distribution status of ore pillar and mining technology in the mine of Sangou. The current pil- lar recovery process was optimized. The small residual ore body is extracted by the bottom of the trench structure with a mine roadway. And the roof and bottom pillar of filling mining field is removed by Remote --controlled LHD. At the same time, the vibr--ating ore--drawing technology is prospected. The results showed that through the comprehensive recovery technology, the rate of stoping pillar upgrade to 80%, and it can extract hundreds of thousands of tons pillar, and it is also a good solution to the problem of ground pressure. In addition, it provides reference meaning to other domestic mine with mining pillar.
