摘要
粉磨设备的支撑轴承是设备的核心部件,其主要形式以滑动轴承为主,轴瓦是轴承组件的关键件,轴瓦的质量要求严格、加工工序繁琐,加工过程跨工序周转频繁,需要专用工装配合。轴瓦的加工进度和质量制约着整机设备的交付。通过对粉磨设备滑动轴承轴瓦加工工艺的改进,可以有效降低传统工艺工装的钢耗,充分利用废旧钢材,提高钢材利用率,提高生产效率,保证产品质量。
Supporting bearing is the key part of grinding equipment, its main type is sliding bearing, and bearing bush is the key component of supporting bearing. Bearing bush requires strict quality and complex manufacturing process, working procedures change frequently during the production process, and needs a special tool to cooperate. Bearing bush's processing schedule and quality restricts the delivery of the whole equipment. By improving processing technology of the sliding bearing of grinding equipment, the steel consumption of traditional processing tool can be effectively reduced, the waste steel can be fully used, the productivity utilization rate of steel can be improved , and the product quality can be ensured.
