湖州市知识产权专业人才现状及其培养路径研究

On the Present Situation of the Intellectual Property Professionals in Huzhou and Their Training Path

2010年以来,湖州市知识产权专业人才培养工作蓬勃展开,企业知识产权管理规范标准化建设全面推进。湖州市知识产权战略的有效实施,为知识产权专业人才培养与成长提供了良好机遇。截至2014年,该市知识产权专业人才培养工作已取得明显成效,同时也存在一些亟待解决的问题。有效培养知识产权专业人才,需要政府引导、企业投入、高校参与、中介协助,最终形成因地制宜、独具特色的知识产权专业人才培养模式。

Since 2010,the cultivation of intellectual property professionals in Huzhou has been carried out and the standardization of enterprise intellectual property management comprehensively pushed forward.The effective implementation of intellectual property strategy in Huzhou has provided a good opportunity for the cultivation and development of the intellectual property professionals.By 2014,the city＇s intellectual property professional talents training achieved remarkable results,but there still remain some problems to be solved.In this case,the effective training of intellectual property professionals in Huzhou needs the Government,enterprises,universities and intermediary to join together,and eventually form a unique intellectual talents training mode.
