摘要
通过对金属材料复合板在筒体卷制过程中的受力、变形分析,运用工程力学的理论推导并参照生产实践经验,得出不同的金属材料复合板卷制筒体时确定其展开长度的四种方法,并提出最切合实际的计算方法以及应注意的问题。
Based on engineering mechanics theory and practical experiences, and by analyzing the stresses and deformation in the rolling process for the cylinder made of clad plate, four methods for determining spreading length of the cylinder made of clad plate were deduced. Then the most appropriate calculating method and the things needed to pay attention were provided.
