摘要
介绍了一种利用ANSYS软件对机械密封中密封环进行优化设计的方法。采用这种方法,通过建立参数化模型和设定目标函数的方式,优化模型后,直接计算出符合要求的结构。从而减少了设计时反复修改结构尺寸的过程,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。
One method of optimum design of seal ring in mechanical seal was introduced in this article. With the method of bnilding parametric model and target function, the optimum structure, which meets all design requirements, can be directly obtained. In this way, the process of determining structural sizes may shortened and design efficiency can be enhanced.
