摘要
钢制冲压活套法兰(简称冲压活套法兰)是一种新型的非标管法兰,对该法兰进行了介绍,并对其结构及特点进行了详细阐述。首先使用Solid Works三维制图软件建模,通过与ANSYS Workbench之间的无缝连接导入有限元软件,进行有限元分析及应力分类后,根据JB 4732中应力强度校核标准进行校核。结果具有参考价值,可为冲压活套法兰的推广使用及优化设计提供参考。
Pressed steel flange is a new Non-standard pipe flange. In this article, this kind of flange was introduced, and its structure and features were depicted in detail. Bu use of SolidWorks, the mode/of this kind of flange was established, it was then seamlessly imported to ANSYS with Workbench platform. The stresses were analyzed, categorized and checked in conform to JB 4732. The analysis and checking results can be referenced for optimum design and application of pressed steel flange later.
