南方稻作梯田区农业文化与景观保护的关键问题与途径——以紫鹊界梯田为例

On Key Problems and Approaches of Southern Rice Terraces Farming Culture and Landscape Protection——Taking Ziquejie Terrace as an Example

紫鹊界梯田区的农业文化与景观保护的系统要素包括其体现人地协同进化的传统可持续农耕思想与农耕技术、包括传统饮食、节庆、山歌、武术、傩舞、祭祀等在内的农耕习俗与包括互助、配水、护林等乡规民约的农业制度以及包括布局、结构、色彩和景观在内的传统民居与聚落系统。目前各保护主体对其系统价值认识不足;未能有效协调各保护主体及其利益主体之间的关系,保护性机制和体制不完善。需要提高各保护主体对农业文化与景观的自觉保护意识与保护传承能力,推动形成其农业文化与景观保护共同体,完善其农业文化与景观保护利用的利益协调与保障机制。

The elements of the farming culture and landscape protection system of Ziquejie terrace include its traditional sustain- able farming thought and farming technology of collaborative evolution. It includes the traditional diet, festival celebration, folk songs, martial arts, nuo dance, sacrifice and other farming habits and customs, which including mutual help, water distribu- tion, forest protection and village rules of the agricultural system as well as layout, structure, color and traditional houses and settlement system. Nowadays, the knowledge of system value of the protection main body is lacking, the relationship between the protection main body and its stakeholders is failed to coordinate and the protective mechanism and system is not perfect. The main body＇s consciousness of self protection and the protection of the heritage ability of the farming culture and landscape need to be improved to promote the forming of the community of farming culture and landscape protection and improve the interests coordination and protection mechanism of the farming culture and landscape protection and utilization.
