摘要
衡阳历史悠久、地理区位优越、生态环境良好,是中国优秀旅游城市和湖湘历史文化名城。近年来,衡阳市委市政府提出打造旅游胜地的战略构想。通过衡阳与著名旅游胜地的差距分析,以及衡阳打造旅游胜地的优势和制约瓶颈分析,提出衡阳打造旅游胜地的战略定位和发展目标,通过创新旅游产品开发、加强旅游市场开拓、推进旅游市场主体建设、优化旅游发展环境、创新旅游管理体制机制,着力打造宗教祈福、休闲疗养、度假养生、湖湘文化等旅游品牌形象,把衡阳建设成为富有诗意的风水名城、养生圣地和具有国际影响力的旅游目的地。
Hengyang has a long history, excellent geographical location and ecological, isChinese excellent tourist city and the historical and cultural city of Hunan province. In recent years, the Hengyang municipal Party committee put forward the stra- tegic conception of building tourist resort. Through analysis of gap, advantages and bottleneck, put forward the strategic posi- tioning and development goals, through the innovation of tourism product development, strengthen the tourism market development, promote construction of the main body of the tourism market, optimize the tourism development environment, the innovation of system and mechanism of tourism management, strive to build tourism brand image of the religion, pray, leisure, convalescent,holiday, health, culture of Hunan. Build Hengyang into a poetic Feng Shui City, health resort and international tourism destination.
