摘要
采用浓硝酸与高氯酸处理空心莲子草与双穗雀稗,利用原子分光光度计分别对它们的根、茎、叶中Pb、Zn、Cu的含量进行测定。结果表明,空心莲子草和双穗雀稗对Pb、Zn、Cu均具有吸附作用,植株中铅的含量最高,其次为锌。植株各部位对重金属的富集情况是:根>茎>叶。另外,空心莲子草与双穗雀稗相比较,前者的富集作用更加显著。
The Ahernanthera philoxeroides and Paspalum distichum were treated by nitric acid and high chlorine, and then their Cu, Zn and Pb were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that The Alternanthera philoxeroides and Paspalum distichum can absorb Pb , Zn and Cu, and the content of lead in the plant was the highest, followed by zinc. The enrichment situation of the two plants for heavy metal is: root〉 stem〉 leaf. In addition, compared with paspalum distichum, the enrichment of Alternanthera philoxeroides is more significant.
