摘要
衡阳近年来红花油茶叶部病害为害较重,为此研究了其病原特征与有效生物防治菌株。通过病原菌分离培养与形态观察,初步鉴定其为炭疽菌;通过对峙培养法以16株土壤拮抗放线菌对其进行抑菌活性的测定,结果表明所有拮抗放线菌株对该病原菌的抑菌效果都很明显,抑菌带宽度都大于15.0mm,其中菌株CF17拮抗效果最明显。
In recent years, the leaf spot disease of Camellia chekiangoleosa occurred seriously in Hengyang. Its pathogenic char acteristics and the effective biocontrol strains were studied in this paper. By isolation and culture and morphological characteristics of pathogens, determination of the pathogenicity, we preliminary identified that the leaf spot disease of C. chekiangoleosa was caused by Colletotrichum sp. : Using Colletotriehum sp. as indicator and by plate confrontation method, we determined the fungistatic activity of 16 strains of antagonistic actinomycetes of soil. The results showed that all antagonistic strains had obvious fungistatic effect on the pathogen, and inhibition zone width were more than 15 mm. and the effect of strain CF17 was the most obvious.
