摘要
O型口蹄疫是猪场疫病防控的重点之一.对猪群进行科学免疫是猪场防控O 型口蹄疫病毒感染的重要途径,为确定某猪场仔猪O型口蹄疫的首免时间,以该场经O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗免疫的母猪所产的仔猪为研究对象,利用口蹄疫O型正向间接血凝抗体检测试剂盒对不同日龄段仔猪群母源抗体进行检测. 结果表明,37~44 日龄时,仔猪的母源抗体效价合格率为70%;45~51日龄时,仔猪的母源抗体效价迅速下降,合格率仅为40%左右.检测结果说明该猪场仔猪O型口蹄疫首次免疫最佳时间在45~50日龄比较适宜.
The type-O Foot-and-mouth (FMD) is one of the important diseases which needed to be controlled. Scientific immunization is the main way to control and prevention pig population infected with the type-O Foot-and-mouth virus (FMDV). In order to determine the date of first immunization of FMD vaccine in a pig farm, some blood samples were collected from different days-old piglets which born from sows immunization of inacti-vated type-O FMDV vaccine. The samples maternal antibody was tested by type-O FMD indirect hemagglutina-tion antibody detection reagent kit. The results showed that the piglets between 37 to 44 days, which qualified rate of maternal antibody level still can reach 70%, but between 45 to 51 days old, the maternal antibody titer percent of pass rapidly decrease to 40%. There data revealed that type-O FMDV vaccine first immune date of piglets between 45 to 50 days old can be use in the pig farm.
