摘要
目的:优选复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法:以绿原酸、柴胡皂苷a的含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,正交试验法优选水提醇沉最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳水提醇沉条件为加8倍量水提取2次,每次1.5 h;醇沉药液相对密度1.2(50℃),醇沉乙醇浓度为70%,醇沉时间24 h。结论:该优选工艺方法简便、稳定可行,可作为复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的提取纯化工艺。
Objective:To optimize technology conditions of water extracting-alcohol precipitating of compound Xiongdan Yinchen particles. Methods:Orthogonal test was adopted and the contents of chlorogenic acid,saikosaponin a and the yield of extractum were as indices. Results:The optimum technology conditions were as follows:8 times quantity of water extracts 2 times,1 times per 1.5 h;the relative density of alcohol precipitation solution was 1.2 (50℃),the concentration of alcohol was 70%,and the alcohol precipitation time was 24 h. Conclusion:The optimization method is simple and stable,could be used as the technology of extraction and purification of compound Xiongdan Yinchen particles.
