播客在实训教学中的作用——以女病人导尿术教学为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:以女病人导尿术教学为例,研究播客在实训教学中的作用。方法:选取河北大学护理本科生63人为研究对象,将其随机分为音频播客组、视频播客组和传统练习组。三组护生均在练习前后,填写作业疲劳症状自评量表,并参加操作考试。结果:练习后的作业疲劳程度有统计学差异(F=5.51,P<0.05),音频播客组护生疲劳程度最低,实训考核成绩无统计学差异(F=3.048,P>0.05)。结论:音频播客可以缓解护生练习阶段的疲劳感,但不能提高操作成绩。 Objective To explore the podcast in nursing practice during female urinary catheterization training. Methods A total of 63 nursing students from Hehei University were randomly divided into three groups. After the class, all these students were asked to complete a questionnaire on the variance of fatigue feeling. Also, their related operational skills were evaluated. Results There were significant difference in the scores of the questionnaire ( F = 5.51, P 〈 0.05 ) , with the music group being lowest. However, their practical performance showed no significant difference ( F = 3. 048, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Employing background music can relieve the fatigue of the students, although did not siguificantly improve the teaching effect.
