摘要
住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的主要形式,考核评价是住院医师规范化培训的核心环节,美国已建立了较为完善的住院医师规范化培训考核评价制度,文章通过介绍其先进的考核评价制度,结合我国目前住院医师规范化培训考核评价现状,指出存在的问题进而提出改进建议。
residency program is the main form of medical education after graduation. Its evaluation a the core step in the training process. This paper describes advanced evaluation system used in the US and current evaluation system in our country. It also points out issues and proposes improvement methods of residency programs in our country.
