摘要 为了贯彻医学本科教育的宗旨,让学生能够胜任未来职业生涯,我校基础医学院开展了系列基本技能竞赛活动。经过对学生参与竞赛活动的表现、态度、成绩进行比较和相关性分析发现,参与竞赛活动不但能提高学生的学习积极性,而且培养了学生团队协作能力和学生自主学习能力。通过系列竞赛活动,营造了学生比、学、赶、帮、超的学习氛围,深受学生欢迎。 In order to implement the principle of medical undergraduates education and make them qualify for their future careers, a series of basic skills competitions had been conducted by school of basic medical sciences. The performance, attitudes, scores were compared and analyzed among the undergraduates participated in the competitions. We found that participation in the competitions, not only enhanced the undergraduates learning enthusiasm but also fostered their team cooperation and independent learning ability. After the competitions, a popular academic atmosphere was constructed to encourage the undergraduates to compete, study, hurry, help and surpass each other.
