摘要
具备独立的临床思维能力是临床医生成熟的必要条件。临床思维的培养是一个长期积累的过程。在基础医学教学起始,以课程整合实现模块化教学为契机,将临床思维观念渗透其中,注重临床思维能力的培养,将利于医学生成长为一名合格的临床医生。整合课程教学计划的合理性是培养临床思维的关键,形成性评价的实施是培养临床思维的重要保障,而教师自身素养的提高则是培养临床思维的重中之重。
Independent clinical thingking is necessary to be a doctor. However, training clinical thingking is a long-term accumulation process and requires more patience. At the initial teaching of medicine, penetrating the clinical concept of thinking and focus on train- ing clinical thinking ability will help medical students to gro^r into qualified clinicians. Integrating the basic medicial curriculum and implementing modular teaehirlg provide an opportunity to achieve this goal. Course rationality consolidation plan is the key to cultivate clinical thinking, implementation of process evaluation is the important guarantee, and teachers ' literacy improvement is the top priori- ty to develop clinical thinking.
