预防医学专业就业趋势及成因分析

Employment trends and its influencing factors of public health graduates

目的:了解预防医学专业毕业生就业去向,对趋势及成因进行分析。方法:采用文献荟萃分析、数据数理统计和焦点组访谈等定性定量相结合的方法。结果:就业呈现趋势变化,体现在生源地与就业单位地理分布存在关联,户籍与就业去向存在关联、专业—就业匹配程度与课程设置存在关联等,提示高校在就业指导时应重视招生和户籍政策等方面,积极引导学生依据兴趣和专业能力作出就业选择。

Objective ： To understand recent employment situation of graduates of preventive medicine, identify trends and analyze cau- ses. Methods： Qualitative and quantitative methods of literature review, data mathematical statistics and focus group interviews, etc. Results ： Employment data revealed the link between students＇ original distribution and employment distribution, the link between local household registration and employment situation. The data also revealed curriculum can influence students＇ profession choices. The findings indicate higher education institutions should study admission policy and household registration policy, and prepare students with their career chouees.
