摘要
目的:通过应用模拟情景式教学进行急性中毒的实践课教学,探讨其教学效果。方法:抽取临床医学本科生72名,随机分为对照组及实验组,两组由同一位教师进行理论授课。实践课时对照组采用传统的见习教学方法,实验组采用模拟情景式教学,对两组学生分别进行理论、技能考核,收集数据。结果:在理论考试及模拟情景的考核成绩,两组成绩均存在差异,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性中毒的急诊教学中模拟情景式教学更占据优势。
Objective: to find out the effectiveness of using acute poisoning simulation scenarios in the course of emergency medicine. Methods 72 participants were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group. Theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were tested. Results Test results revealed significant difference between the two groups(P 〈0.05). Conclusion: using acute poisoning simulation scenarios is a better approach in the teaching of emergency medicine.
