摘要
为有效解决贝氏体基体气缸套早磨失效,本文研究了贝氏体气缸套内孔高频淬火、激光淬火前后的组织形态变化,并对两种表面淬火气缸套的摩擦性能进行了对比分析。
To effectively solve the cylinder liner wear failure early bainite matrix, this paper studies the high frequency quenching bainite cylinder liner inner hole, the organization form of change before and after laser quenching, and residual stress of two kinds of cylinder liner, friction performance is analyzed.
