摘要 采用TBM施工的工程项目,工程进度、时间和成本控制很大程度上取决于掘进机的工作效率,而TBM工作效率的保证,不仅要求前期优良的刀盘、刀具和整机设计,更重要的是施工过程中正确的刀具维修技术。不正确的刀具维修技术,会严重阻碍掘进机施工进度、降低工程项目的经济效益。从滚刀轴承损坏的表象出发,分析滚刀装配工艺的各环节,根据实际测量与统计结果,科学分析、找出规律,介绍了隔离环的选配及测绘方法,实践证明效果明显,能为相关TBM施工企业提供参考。 For the TBM construction project, the project schedule, time and cost control are largely determined by the working efficiency of the driving machine, and the TBM efficiency guarantee, not only requires excellent pre - cutter head, cutters and machine design, but also the right maintenance technology of cutters. Incorrect cutters maintenance technology will seriously hamper the construction progress and decrease the economic efficiency of the project. Starting from the appearance of the damaged bearings, the various aspects of the assembly process were analyzed, and fight matching and mapping method of isolation ring was introduced. The method was testified in field and can be used as a reference for the relevant enterprises.
