菏泽地区甲状腺超声检查结果分析

Heze district thyroid ultrasound examination results analysis

目的探讨菏泽地区健康体检人群甲状腺患病情况和流行病学特点。方法健康体检人群2 070例中甲状腺超声检查。结果 2 070例体检者中甲状腺异常的总检出率44.4%,男女检出率分别为32.20%、60.67%,21～69岁年龄段女性检出率均高于男性,P〈0.01,有显著性差异。结论健康体检人员中甲状腺结节的患病率比较高,患病率与患病年龄呈正相关,女性明显高于男性。

Objective To investigate and study health check-up crowd in heze thyroid disease situation and epidemiological characteristics. Methods Health check-up crowd in 2070 cases of thyroid ultrasound. Results 2070 cases of medical examination is a thyroid abnormality in the total detection rate of 44.4%, men＇s and women＇s detection rate were 32.20%, 60.67%, 21 to 69- year- old age female detection rate were higher than male, statistically significant differences（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The incidence of thyroid nodule in heze district health medical workers is higher, the prevalence and age were positively correlated, in women than men.
