摘要
目的探讨健康教育对社区高血压患者自我管理效果的影响。方法将146例原发性高血压患者随机分为管理组和对照组,分别采取传统随访的方法和小组自我管理教育的方法进行管理,1年后比较两组患者的管理效果。结果管理组的行为管理正确率、角色管理正确率和情绪管理正确率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有显著性差别。结论对原发性高血压患者选择小组自我管理教育的方法进行管理,可以促使患者接受健康生活方式、改善遵医行为并提高高血压控制率。
Objective To investigate the effect of community health education on self-management effectiveness in patients with hypertension. Methods 146 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the management group and the control group, were taken to the traditional methods and group self-management approach to management education, one year after the effective management of the two groups were compared. Results Behavior management correct rate between the two groups of patients, the role of managing the correct rate and emotional management control rate, the management group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions Take the group of patients with essential hypertension self-management education, help patients adopt a healthy lifestyle, improve compliance behavior and improve hypertension control rates.
