护理干预对消化性溃疡疗效的影响

The Clinical Effect of nursing Intervention in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨护理干预对消化性溃疡的效果。方法消化性溃疡122例患者随机分为两组,各61例,所有患者均接受常规消化性溃疡治疗,对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,比较两组患者的护理干预效果。所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和χ~2检验。结果观察组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为86.9%,两组比较P〈0.05,有显著性差异;护理干预后两组心理状态比较,P〈0.01,有显著性差异;复发率观察组14.8%,对照组31.1%,两组比较,P〈0.05,有显著性差异。结论对消化性溃疡患者实施综合全面的护理干预有利于促进患者的临床治疗效果,减少复发率,改善患者的心理状态。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Choose 122 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, each 61 cases, all patients were treated with conventional treatment of peptic ulcer, and the control group has routine nursing group, the obversation group has comprehensive nursing, and then compared nursing intervention effect of two groups. The data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and 2test. Results Two groups of efficient observation group was 96.7%, the control group was 86.9%,comparing the two groups P 〈0.05, there is significant difference; psychological state, the two groups after nursing intervention P〈0.01, there is significant difference; 14.8% recurrence group, control group was 31.1%, compared two groups,P〈0.05, there is significant difference. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer is conducive to the patient＇s clinical curative effect, reduce recurrence rate and improve patients＇ mental state.
