针对性护理对银屑病患者疗效的影响

The Effect of Pertinence Nursing Care to Patients with Psoriasis

目的探讨银屑病患者心理问题及心理护理措施。方法选取我院就诊的银屑病患者共64例,采用数据表决法,将患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各32例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用针对性的护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度。所获数据采用方差分析和t检验。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为(94.3±2.0)分,对照组的护理满意度为(80.5±5.0)分,组间比较,P<0.05,具有显著差异。结论银屑病患者面对疾病容易产生焦虑、抑郁等心理负担,针对患者心理不良状况,给予患者全面、综合有效的护理,能显著改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the psychological problems of patients with psoriasis and to give corresponding nursing measures. Methods From in our hospital, a total of 64 patients with psoriasis, vote by data method, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, 32 cases in control group with routine nursing, the observation group of patients on the basis of using corresponding nursing measures, compared two groups of patients and the nursing effect of nursing satisfaction. The data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and 2test. Results the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing care for（94.3±2.0）, the control of nursing satisfaction for（80.5±5.0）, There is the significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with psoriasis in the face of disease prone to anxiety, depression and other psychological burden. For patients with heart conditions, it should give comprehensive, integrated and effective nursing care. This method can significantly improve the patients quality of life, and satisfaction, and it is worth promoting in clinic.
