综合干预提高医护人员手卫生的依从性

Comprehensive Intervention to Improve Medical Staff Hand Hygiene Compliance

目的探讨调查培训前后医护人员洗手相关知识知晓率及执行率。方法对某三甲医院综合干预前医护人员手卫生1 200人次进行调查,与1 340人次医护人员手卫生再次进行调查干预后医护人员洗手相关知识知晓率及执行率。所获数据采用2检验。结果调查培训前医务人员1 200人次,手卫生相关知识知晓率93.25%,手卫生执行率为72.67%,洗手方法正确率为48.85%。调查培训后医护人员手卫生1 340人次,手卫生相关知识知晓率99.92%,手卫生执行率为93.43%,洗手方法正确率为88.02%。两组相关知识知晓率比较,χ~2=90.297,两组执行率比较,χ~2=199.33,P〈0.001,两组洗手方法正确率比较,χ~2=459.77,P〈0.001。均有显著性差异。结论通过综合干预措施医护人员手卫生依从性及洗手正确率明显提高,达到综合干预效果。

Objective To comprehensive intervention measures of hospital medical staff, in order to evaluate its influence on medical personnel hand hygiene. Methods In our medical staff hand hygiene supervision, inspection, training intervention after the medical personnel and the implementation of hand hygiene. The data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and χ~2test. Results A total of investigation of medical staff hand hygiene 1340 person-time, hand hygiene are enforced is 93.43%, the right way to wash your hands was 88.02%; to investigate medical staff hand hygiene 1200 persontime, hand hygiene are enforced is 72.67%（P 〈0.05）, the right way to wash your hands was 48.85%（P 〈0.05）; Improved obviously. Conclusion Through comprehensive intervention measures medical staff hand hygiene compliance and obviously improve the accuracy to wash your hands, and achieve comprehensive intervention effect.
