摘要
以如何实现对生产现场地域分散的企业的员工进行现场实际操作技能培训为研究对象,结合TRIZ中的技术矛盾、矛盾矩阵和创新原理,提出了"劳动技能现场流动培训"的新理念,并在电力行业中采用流动实训车的方式实现了这一理念。同时研制了适用于流动实训的专用实训设备及专用载体,由此构成满足不同功能、可任意组合的实训教室,完成了典型的大型实训设备的轻型化研究。
In order to solve the problem of on-the-spot practical skills training for employees dispersed in different places,based on the technical contradiction,contradiction matrix and innovative principle of the TRIZ,this article puts forward a new idea of"on-the-spot mobile training of labor skills",which is realized in power industry by means of mobile practical training vehicles.In addition,it introduces the development of relevant special practical training devices and carriers applied in mobile practical training,which help engender multi-functional and freely-combined practical training classrooms.Finally,this study is a good example of transforming typical large practical training devices into light ones.
