摘要
介绍了某厂模具钢在辊底式热处理炉生产现状，通过对实际生产中出现问题的分析，找出解决方法，进行工艺优化。并对工艺试验结果、组织性能等进行分析，实现模具钢性能的稳定。
This paper introduces the production status of mould steel after heat treatment. The process has been improved by analyzing failure causes in production to find out solution. The test result and microstrucfure performance are ana- lyzed to realize the property stabitlity of mould steel.
