摘要 特棒厂二棒线的KOCKS减定径机组是控制棒材尺寸精度的关键设备,并且具备在轧制间隙远程调整孔型的功能,设计精度达到±0.Olmm。随着使用时间变长、机械设备润滑情况的变化、以及轧辊在轧制过程中磨损等原因,远程调整系统实际调整值与设定值之间的误差变大,精确度变差。通过对影响精准度的各个因素进行分析,采取修正轧制表参数、修改控制程序等措施,对远程调整系统的精准度进行优化,从而减少了实际调整值与设定值之间误差过大的情况,棒材尺寸也更易于控制。 KOCKS reducing and sizing block is the key equipment to control the dimensional accuracy of the bar in Spe- cial Bar Plant and has the function of remote pass adjustment during rolling gap. Its accuracy in design reached + 0.01 mm. However, because of life - time service , the changes in lubrication of mechanical equipment and roller wear in rolling process, the deviation becomes greater and inaccuracy between the actual adjustment value and the setting value of remote control system. After analyzing and taking some measures such as adjusting the rolling schedule parameters and modifying the control program, the accuracy is optimized, which can reduce the deviation and the size of bar is more easy to adjust.
