南钢2×1800m^3高炉开炉实践

摘要 新建的2×1800^3高炉开炉分为三个阶段,第一阶段开炉准备,包括各种原燃料及培训学习准备、做好各种预案;第二阶段做好高炉开炉料的理论配料计算及加料要求;第三阶段点火开炉,包括点火初始风口配置及第一炉出铁要求等。通过精心准备,两座高炉均实现快速开炉达产。 Blowing-in of New-built 2 ×1800m^3 BF was divided into three stages: The first is preparing blow-in, including preparing materials and fuels and training, making the preparedness plans. The second is calculation of burden and charging. The third is blow-in , including collocation of the tuyeres at the beginning of and tapping of the first heat. Af- ter good preparation, two blast furnaces have reached its design capacity at its commissioning.
