摘要
采用X-射线荧光分析法对硅锰合金进行分析,此方法最关键的是制样条件的控制,硅锰合金样中加入一定的硼酸作为黏合剂进行压片制样,选择合适条件,利用X-射线荧光光谱法对合金中的Mn、Si、P进行分析。该方法操作简单、数据准确、分析周期短,极大提高了分析的及时性和再现性,减少化学试剂使用量,降低污染,适合大批量分析。
Silicon manganese alloy is analyzed by X - ray fluorescence analysis method, which is key to control its sam- ple condition. A certain amount of boric acid is added in the sample as adhesive and sampling. Under the proper condi- tion, Mn,Si,P in alloy are analyzed by means of X -ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF). The method is easy to use, which has accurate data , short analysis cycle , good timeness and reproducibility, It can reduce not only the dosage of chemical reagent but also pollution, which is suitable for mass analysis.
