摘要
介绍TMCP(热机械控制轧制)交货状态厚规格FH40高强船体结构钢工艺控制过程。分析其成分、工艺、组织、性能之间的相互关系,探讨影响其低温韧性的主要因素。
This paper introduces TMCP ( Thermo - mechanical Controlled Processing) delivery condition of high strength hull structural steel FH40, analyzing the interrelationships of composition, process, microstructure and mechanical prop- erties. Some factors affecting the low temperature toughness have been discussed and the improvement measures are put forward.
