摘要
目的观察早期虚拟现实训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者按随机数字表分成观察组及对照组各30例。对照组予常规作业治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以虚拟现实训练,治疗前及治疗8周后采用Fugl-Meyer量表(上肢部份)评定其运动功能、用改良Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力。结果治疗后两组患者Fugl-Meyer量表及改良Barthel指数评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),但观察组效果更佳,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者早期辅以虚拟现实训练,可进一步改善上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力。
Objective To observe the effect of early virtual reality training on upper limb movement function for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method Divide 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia into observation group (n= 30) and control group (n=30) according to random number table. Patients in control group receive routine therapy. Patients in observation receive virtual reality training based on routine therapy. Assess movement function by Fugl--Meyer Scale (upper limb) and assess activities of daily living by Modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and 8 weeks after therapy. Result Score of Fugl-- Meyer Scale and MBI are all improved after therapy in two groups (P〈0. 05). Observation group has a significantly better effect (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Early virtual reality training can improve upper limb movement function and activities of dai- ly living for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
