慢性阻塞性肺病患者家庭氧疗执行情况的调查分析

Survey and analysis on implement situation of home oxygen therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的调查慢性阻塞性肺病患者家庭氧疗执行情况，为促进患者家庭氧疗提供依据。方法设计调查表对136例慢性阻塞性肺病患者进行调查。结果仅有48例（35．29％）患者执行家庭氧疗，但其中20例患者吸氧时间严重不足；88例（64．71％）患者未执行家庭氧疗，其中33例患者认为吸氧没多少作用，30例认为吸氧不方便、感觉不适，25例患者认为没有足够的经济来源；71～80岁年龄组50％的患者执行了家庭氧疗，大学文化程度、职业为公务员和教师、多次住院的患者执行家庭氧疗情况较好。结论慢性阻塞性肺病患者家庭氧疗执行较差，医护人员需加强对患者及其家属进行家庭氧疗相关知识的教育。

Objective To investigate the implement situation of home oxygen therapy for patients with chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease （COPD）to provide evidence for improving home oxygen therapy. Method Investigate 136 patients with COPD by self--designed questionnaire. Result Only 48 （35.29%） patients implement home oxygen therapy, among which 20 patients lack oxygen inhaling time seriously. 88 （64.71%） patients never implement home oxygen therapy, among which 30 patients think it to be no use, 30 patients feel inconvenient and uncomfortable, 25 patients don＇t have enough in- come. 50% patients in 71～80 years old group implement home oxygen therapy, Patients with undergraduate education lev- el, profession of civil servant or teacher and with several hospitalization experiences have better home implement situation of oxygen therapy. Conclusion Implement situation of home oxygen therapy for patients with COPD is poor. Medical staff should enhance health education on related knowledge for patients and their family.
