摘要
目的 :应用f MRI技术探讨电针刺激大肠俞穴和委中穴脑功能变化的特点。方法 :纳入20名健康志愿者,在MRI扫描间实时电针刺激大肠俞穴和委中穴,通过电针仪的接通、断开进行组块设计,采集电针刺激任务态f MRI数据,并采用FSL软件分析数据。结果:电针刺激大肠俞穴和委中穴的激活脑区主要有颞叶外侧沟、岛叶、丘脑、缘上回、额叶中央前回;抑制脑区主要集中在额中回、海马旁回、扣带皮层腹节及顶叶皮质。结论:电针刺激大肠俞穴和委中穴可激活和抑制大脑多个脑区,并通过神经中枢机制共同发挥作用,可为针灸疗法的中枢调节机制提供可视性实验依据。
Objective:Using fMRI to explore the characteristics of brain function changes when electroacupuncture stimulate acupoints of Dachang Shu and Weizhong on large intestine. Methods:Electroacupuncture stimulate Volunteers' acupoints of Dachang Shu and Weizhong during magnetic resonance imaging scans. Block design was conducted by electroacupuncture's on and off. We collected magnetic resonance data of brain function and FSL software was used to analyze the data. Results:Twenty healthy volunteers were included. Brain regions activated by electroacupuncture stimulation were temporal lobe lateral sulcus;lobus insularis;thalamus;supramarginal gyrus;prefrontal medial frontal gyrus. Brain regions inhabited were middle frontal gyrus;parahippocampal gyrus;cingulate cortex abdominal segment;parietal cortex. Conclusion:Electroacupuncture stimulate Volunteers' acupoints of Dachang Shu and Weizhong could activate and inhabit many brain regions. It could play a role associated with neurohumoral mechanisms and provide experimental evidences for the central regulatory mechanism of acupuncture therapy.
