影像技术在颅内动脉瘤术前诊断及术后随访中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysms,IAN)是引起自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)的主要原因。IAN一旦破裂,病情危急,及时有效地准确诊断,对临床选择正确的治疗手段具有重要意义。常见的检查方法有DSA、3D-CTA及MRA等,虽设备、原理方面不尽相同,各有优势和不足,本文就上述检查方法在IAN术前诊断及术后随访中的运用进行综述。
