On the Countermeasures of Accelerating Mergers and Acquisitions of Ningbo Firms in “Industry 4.0”

新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合,正在引发影响深远的产业变革,全球产业竞争格局正在发生重大调整,我国在新一轮发展中面临巨大挑战。制造业是我国国民经济的主体,但与世界先进水平相比,我国制造业仍然大而不强,转型升级和跨越发展的任务紧迫而艰巨。因此,在这个大背景下,从"工业4.0"的横向、纵向和端到端集成视角,探索"工业4.0"时代加快企业兼并重组工作是必要且必须的,进而提出宁波市企业兼并重组面临的主要问题与相应的对策。

The article explores the necessity of accelerating mergers and acquisitions of firms in ＂Industry 4.0＂ from the perspective of horizontal integration, vertical integration and end-to-end integration. It also discusses the major problems of mergers and acquisitions of Ningbo firms, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to deal with these problems.
