大学生盗窃犯罪的成因与对策——以浙江省某市五校近五年统计数据为例

Causes and Countermeasures of College Students ' Crime of Theft——Based on five years' statistical data of five universities in a city of Zhejiang province

大学生是我们社会的未来,但大学生犯罪却是一个不容否认的事实,特别是盗窃。经实证分析,可以发现大学生盗窃犯罪在主体、手段、对象等方面呈现出诸多不同于其他群体犯罪的特点。通过探索大学生实施盗窃犯罪的原因,从注重对大学生的心理健康教育辅导、加强和改进在校大学生思想政治教育、常抓不懈地落实安全法纪教育制度等三个方面提出预防大学生盗窃犯罪的对策。

Through empirical analysis, this paper found： that college students＇ crime shows many characteristics which are different from other groups in terms of subject, means, objects, etc. After deep exploration the causes of theft, this paper puts forward countermeasures for preventing the act of theft, including paying more attention to college students＇ mental health education and counseling, strengthening and improving college students＇ ideological and political education and improving the system of education about safety and discipline and so on.
