摘要
目的:优化半夏与混淆品水半夏的氨基酸薄层鉴别,并建立半夏与掺伪半夏的薄层色谱和紫外光谱鉴别方法,以期解决市场上半夏的部分掺伪问题,为临床正确用药提供保障。方法:以甲醇为提取溶剂,正丁醇-无水乙醇-水(2∶1∶1)为展开剂,2%茚三酮乙醇试液为显色剂,进行薄层鉴别;采用紫外谱线组法进行鉴别实验。结果:半夏、掺伪半夏及水半夏的薄层色谱图存在明显差异,且特征区别点源于水半夏;半夏、掺伪半夏及水半夏三者水提液、醇提液和石油醚提取液的紫外谱线组图像、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值差异明显。结论:优化的薄层色谱方法不仅可用于半夏与水半夏的鉴别,也可用于半夏与掺伪半夏的鉴别;紫外光谱法也可作为半夏、掺伪半夏及水半夏的鉴别方法,可有效解决市场上半夏的伪品和部分掺假的问题,提高临床用药的可靠性和准确性。
Objective:To optimize the discernible methods of amino acid of Rhizoma pinellia and Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis,and establish distinguish methods of TLC and UV spectrometry with regard to Rhizoma pinellia and adulterate Rhizoma pinellia.In order to solve the proportion adulterate problem of Rhizoma pinellia on the market,and provide security of clinical accurately medication.Methods:Using MeOH as solvent,n-Bu-anhydrous EtOH-H2O(2∶1∶1)as developing agent,and 2% ethanol solution of ninhydrin as colour developing reagent during identification of TLC.Ultraviolet line method was adopted.Results:There are obvious difference between Rhizoma pinellia and adulterate Rhizoma pinellia as well as Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis,and the distinguish point is derived from Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis.The UV spectrum of Rhizoma pinellia and adulterate Rhizoma pinellia as well as Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis gave different maximum absorp tion peaks both in number and intendities.Conclusion:UV spectrometry and optimized TLC can be used to distinguish Rhizoma Pinellia from the others,which can solve the the proportion ad-ulterate problem of Rhizoma pinellia on the market,and improve the accuracy and reliability of clinical medication.
