摘要
目的:建立戊己丸中芍药苷溶出度测定方法,并比较超微粉和普通粉戊己丸的溶出差异。方法:参照2010版《中国药典》(二部)溶出度测定第二法,以700mL水为溶剂,转速为100r/min,规定时间取样,以高效液相色谱法测定,比较两种不同粉体戊己丸的溶出度差异。结果:超微戊己丸的体外溶出速率快,溶出度高。结论:超微粉戊己丸的溶出速率快,有利于机体对药物的吸收,提高生物利用度。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of dissolution rate of peoniflorin(PF)in Ultro-micro and Normal powder Wuji Pill and compare the dissolution difference.Methods:According to Appendix XCII of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition Vol.II,the dissolution medium was 700 mL water and the rotating speed was 100r·min-1.The dissolution samples were taken at the required time,then analyzed with HPLC and compared the dissolution difference.Results:The Ultro-micro powder Wuji Pill had faster dissolution rate and higher dissolution efficiency.Conclusion:the study established a method for the determination of dissolution rate of peoniflorin and the dissolution rate of Ultro-micro powder Wuji Pill was faster,which was conducive to the absorption of drugs and improve bioavailability.
