中医按摩治疗颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Research on Chinese Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Disease

目的:观察中医按摩治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将120例颈椎病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各60例,对照组采用单纯中药方剂口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中医手法按摩治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的症状缓解时间短于对照组,且治疗组患者的颈椎病复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医按摩治疗颈椎病可明显缓解患者颈肩疼痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐等症状,增强治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine massage therapy in the treatment of cervical disease.Methods：120 cases of cervical spondylosis were divided into traditional Chinese medicine prescription oral therapy alone in 60 patients,for the simple group and 60 patients in the conventional treatment techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of massage therapy for the combined group.compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results：about the comparison of the two methods’ treatment,clinical efficacy,clinical remission time,there is a significant difference in the proportion of cervical disease recurrence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese massage therapy can significantly shorten the neck and shoulder pain,dizziness,nausea,vomiting and other symptoms,and enhance the clinical treatment of patients,which is worth carrying out a wide range of applications.
