全程护理在老年性白内障合并高血压手术病人中的应用

Application of whole-course nursing in senile cataract surgery patients with hypertension

[目的]探讨老年性白内障合并高血压的手术病人应用全程护理的效果。[方法]选择2012年4月—2013年4月住院治疗的老年性白内障合并高血压手术病人120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组按常规护理,观察组按自拟的四日流程予全程护理。比较两组病人的心理状况及满意度,心理状况评定采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)。[结果]观察组病人出院时SDS和SAS评分低于对照组,病人和家属对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]老年性白内障合并高血压手术病人应用全程护理,能有效缓解病人焦虑、抑郁心理,提高病人及其家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To discuss the application effect of whole-course nursing on senile cataract surgery patients with hypertension.Methods：120 cases of senile cataract surgery patients with hypertension,hospitalized from April 2012 to April 2013,were randomly divided into observation groups and the control group.The control group received conventional care while the observation group received the self-made four-day whole process of care.To evaluate the mental status and satisfaction between the two groups of patients,use Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）.Results：When the patients discharged,SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,so as the patients＇ and their families＇ scores on satisfaction for the nursing（P0.05）.Conclusion：Applied whole-course nursing for senile cataract surgery patients with hypertension can effectively relieve their anxiety and depression,which also can improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
