双膛石灰窑以其热耗低,石灰品质高的特点在国内冶金行业和电石行业被广泛应用,但是在长期生产中,双膛石灰窑尾气经过除尘过滤后排放,这部分尾气由于温度偏低,没有得到足够的重视,所以没有回收利用,本文重点对此部分热量回收再利用进行探索和介绍。

Double hearth lime kiln with its low heat consumption,the characteristics of high lime quality is widely used in the metallurgy industry and domestic,but in the long-term production,double hearth lime kiln waste gas has been letted out,the temperature of the waste gas is low,and did not arouse enough attention,then has not been recycled. This paper focus on this part of the heat recycling.
