摘要
植物在土壤深层的根系通过水分提升作用可以把土壤深处的水分运移到浅层较干的土壤中,为浅层植物根系补给水分.在干旱地区,这种现象不仅在生态方面具有一定的积极作用,而且还可以提高水分的利用效率,促进植物对土壤养分的吸收,促进土壤中有机质的分解及腐熟,并且还可以提高作物的产量,改变植物的群落结构.利用常规的试验方式对植物根系水分提升运移机制的研究还不完善,因此,为了更清楚地研究水分提升的路径,国内外学者将稳定同位素技术的应用结合到研究作物根系水力提升的过程之中,以便更好地揭示水分提升的机制以及途径.
Through the promotion effect of moisture, the plant root system in the soil deep can move water from moist deep soil to drier and shallow soil layers supplying water for plant roots of shallow layers. In arid regions, the phenomenon not only has a positive role in ecological terms, but also can improve the water used efficiency, promote plant absorption of soil nutrients, promote decomposition and maturity of soil system organic, and also can improve crop yields and change the community structure of plants. But hydraulic lift of plant roots and water transport mechanism is a difficulty in the way of conventional experimental research, therefore, in order to study the path process on hydraulic lift more clearly, domestic and foreign scholars combined application of stable isotopes techniques in the plant roots hydraulic lift process, in order to better reveal the mechanisms and ways to promote the moisture.
