摘要
用玻璃粉作粘结剂研制膨胀珍珠岩绝热制品。试验结果表明 :当在膨胀珍珠岩中外掺30 %以上的玻璃粉及少量复合外加剂 ,并在 730℃焙烧时 ,可制得符合国家标准要求的膨胀珍珠岩绝热制品 ,并且该制品抗压强度高 。
The expanded pearlite thermal insulating products were prepared with glass powder binder. The experimental results show that the products, which were made of expanded pearlite added more than 30% glass powder and a small amount of composite admixture, and sintered at 730℃, conform to the national standard. Their compressive strength was high and water absorption was low.
