伪满洲中央银行与“朝鲜银行”货币发行制度之比较研究

Comparative Research on the Publish System of Money between Central Bank of Manchukuo and North Korea Bank

1932年,日本扶植清逊帝溥仪建立了伪满洲国,并设立了伪满洲中央银行,用以控制并垄断东北的经济与金融。而早在1910年侵占朝鲜后,日本便将原韩国中央银行改名为"朝鲜银行",其发行的金票不仅通行于全朝鲜,主要营业区域也扩展到中国东北。伪满洲中央银行与朝鲜银行虽具有不同的发行制度,但均是日本对殖民地及半殖民地国家进行金融掠夺的工具,具有罪恶的侵略本质。

In 1932, Japan propped up the Qing emperor Puyi established Manchukuo and the Central Bank of the puppet state to control and monopolize the northeast economy and finance. After the invasion of Korea early in 1910, Japan changed the original South Korean Central Bank into the North Korea bank. The issue of the golden ticket is not only in the whole North Korea, but also extended to northeast China. The Central Bank of Manchuria and North Korea have different distribution system, but it is a tool for the Japanese colonial and semi colonial countries to carry out finance plunder which has the nature of the crime of aggression.
