摘要
网络执政是互联网时代各国执政党面对的现实。网络政治战略是美国对外战略的重要组成部分,其先进的网络技术和拥有的网络资源优势在对外战略中发挥了重大作用。对此,我国迫切需要正确研判网络政治基本国情,为我国网络政治良性发展作出战略选择。
Network governance is the reality which is faced by the ruling parties in the world in internet era.Internet political strategy is the main element of the USA＇s foreign strategy,which is that the USA is invading other countries＇ network sovereignty and infiltrating ideology field of other countries through network technology and network resource advantages.Therefore,our country demand urgently judging correctly the basic fundamental realities of the country,and positively coping with American network political expansion,so that we could make the strategic choice for the benign development of China＇s network politics.
