摘要
介绍以不同方法制备纳米ZnO ,采用XRD ,TEM等测试手段对纳米级的粉体结构和形貌进行的研究 ,重点探讨了不同方法对合成纳米晶粒大小的影响。实验表明 :尿素均匀沉淀法、草酸和碳酸钠直接沉淀法、室温固相法均可得到纳米氧化锌 ,但以尿素沉淀法产品平均粒径最小 ,碳酸钠沉淀法次之 ;并且这两种方法易于工业化生产。
In this paper,Zinc oxide of different size were prepared with four methods from raw materials of Zn(NO 3) 2·6H 2O,CO(NH 2) 2,H 2C 2O 4·2H 2O,NaCO 3,Zn(Ac) 2·2H 2Oand so on The synthetic ZnO nano particles were measured by XRD,TEMand IR The results indicated that different synthetic methods affected the size(from 25nm to 80nm)of ZnO nano particles ,the size of ZnO nano particle by homogeneous precipitation method was the smallest and that by Na 2CO 3 precipitation method was the second Meanwhile the two methods were adapted to industrial production
