高精度皮带秤在马钢的应用

摘要 依照近三四十年以来国外型式制造的传统皮带秤,要求做到制造安装精密、调整校正精准、维护保养精心,环境工况稍有变化性能就难以维持。即使一些知名品牌,其实际使用误差也仅能达±(1~2)%或更差,而且还不稳定,难以满足用户某些重要场合的实际需要。阵列皮带秤采用了迥异于传统皮带秤的新型秤体结构和补偿软件,与传统皮带秤相比,性能有了质的飞跃,满足了马钢的实际需要。阵列皮带秤在马钢的成功应用启示我们:只有创新才是有效改善皮带秤性能的必由之路。 According to the traditional belt scale of foreign type manufacturing in the last thirty or forty years, it is required to make the installation precision, adjust and correct the precision, maintain the well, and the environmental conditions are difficult to maintain. Even if some famous brands, its actual use error can only reach ±(1 - 2)% or even worse, and it is not stable, it is difficult to meet the actual needs of some important occasions. The array of belt scale is quite different from the traditional belt scale model scale structure and compensation software. Compared with the traditional belt scale, performance has been a qualitative leap, to meet the practical needs of masteel. An array of belt scale revelation in the successful application of Maanshan steel, only innovation is the only way which must be passed to effectively improve the performance of belt scale.
